Program Questions Answered
What is the difference between a bulk program and a one-time bulk pickup?
A one-time pickup is a single visit to remove specific items. A bulk program is a recurring contract — scheduled visits at agreed frequency, contracted rates for on-call between-visit pickups, photo documentation after every visit, and monthly invoicing. You stop calling around every time something appears by the compactor.
Can the program flex during move-out season?
Yes. We build seasonal volume adjustments into program contracts. Spring and fall move-out seasons can be covered with additional scheduled sweeps at contracted rates so you're not calling for one-off pickups during your busiest weeks.
Do contract communities really get storm priority?
Yes. When a storm hits Palm Beach County demand for debris removal spikes immediately. Contract communities get first available dispatch — before any new inbound requests are taken. We know your property and management contacts before the storm hits, which means zero intake delay when you need us most.
Is there a minimum community size?
No. We serve communities from under 50 units to 500+ units. Smaller communities often benefit most because national vendors won't serve them. If you've been told you're too small for a bulk program — call us.
What is the contract term?
12-month initial term with monthly invoicing. After the initial term the contract converts to month-to-month with 30-day notice either direction. Rate increases capped annually with 60-day advance notice.
Can we add services to the program over time?
Yes. Most communities start with bulk sweeps and add trash valet, can-to-curb, or trash can cleaning as the relationship develops. All services roll into the same contract and invoice.
