Commercial Cleanout in West Palm Beach — What to Expect

A residential cleanout is scheduled around a family. A commercial cleanout is scheduled around a lease. The building manager needs the space clean before the next tenant walks through. The outgoing tenant needs everything out before the surrender date on the lease. Junk Force runs commercial cleanouts across West Palm Beach on that schedule — after-hours, weekend, or overnight when the building requires it.

The Junk Force lead walks the space during business hours with the tenant or property manager and quotes a flat rate on-site before any work begins. Cubicle systems, workstations, filing cabinets, break room appliances, conference furniture, and IT equipment are inventoried and scheduled. Cleanout day is typically after-hours to avoid disrupting neighboring tenants. Crews arrive in uniform, protect elevators and corridors with blankets, disassemble modular systems as needed, and haul everything to the truck through the service elevator or loading dock. E-waste is routed through certified channels. Donation-usable furniture is coordinated with West Palm Beach nonprofit partners.

Restaurant cleanouts include walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, hoods, cooking suites, prep tables, dish machines, POS stations, dining furniture, and back-of-house shelving. Junk Force coordinates with the restaurant's plumber and licensed electrician for disconnects before crew arrival — we do not disconnect gas lines or plumbed appliances ourselves. Once disconnected, our crew removes every piece to the truck and sweeps the space. Grease disposal is routed through licensed grease processors, not the crew truck.

Warehouse cleanouts include pallet racking, forklifts (if abandoned), inventory, packaging equipment, office trailers, and general debris. Junk Force runs multi-day warehouse cleanouts with dedicated crews and rollover trucks to keep the pace. Metals are routed to licensed scrap processors. Usable equipment is coordinated with West Palm Beach industrial buyers when the timeline allows.

Small commercial cleanouts (single office suite, small restaurant) are typically completed in a single after-hours shift. Medium cleanouts (full floor, mid-size restaurant, small warehouse) take one to three shifts. Large cleanouts (multi-floor corporate, full warehouse) run on a scheduled multi-day plan coordinated with building management. Every job includes COI naming the building owner and property manager as additional insured.
